DAVELCORP Insurance Brokers is a medium sized niche firm of Risk Management
& Insurance Consultants with a current staff of 12.
Our staff comprises some very experienced insurance practitioner’s
who have worked with both Australian & World renowned Insurance Companies,
Brokers & Risk Managers.
We have invested (and will continue to invest) heavily in technical training
for all our key staff.

Mr David LINDFIELD SEAGER
David is the Founder & CEO of DAVELCORP Insurance Brokers.
He has guided the firm over the last 14 years to where it is today.
David is the Technical brains & driver of the company. He holds
his Insurance Diploma (Dip AII) & Diploma of Financial Services
- Insurance Broking (Dip F.S. - Brok). David is also a current "Qualified
Practicing Insurance Broker" (QPIB) as bestowed by the National
Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA).
By focussing DAVELCORP Insurance Brokers on providing Corporate style
Insurance Broking services to SME's, the company has been able to
deliver superior Insurance & Risk Management solutions to many
emerging companies in the greater Sydney area. |

Mrs Elena LINDFIELD SEAGER
Elena has run the Administrative aspects of the office
for the past 10 years. Her eye to detail ensures DAVELCORP Insurance
Brokers continues to deliver a quality service.
Elena's Insurance technical ability & training ensures DAVELCORP
always provides quality documentation. (Elena holds the Diploma of
Financial Services (Ins Broking) and is a Senior Associate of the
Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance
(ANZIIF Assoc). By virtue of her ongoing studies ANZIFF has conferred
upon her "Continuing Insurance Professional" (CIP) status. |

Mrs Debra CASSIDY
Debra runs our ProFin (Professional Liabilities) Business
Unit, and is our Human Resources Co-ordinator. Having been
in the Insurance Industry for a number of years, including 15 years
with CIGNA (now known as ACE), Debra has a vast knowledge and expertise
in many areas of Business. She has achieved a Credit in her Advanced
Certificate for Personnel Management and since joining DAVELCORP in
mid 2004, has quickly gained her Certificate 4 in Financial Services,
(with ASIC approved Tier 1 Compliance). Debra has also recently completed
her Diploma of Financial Services for Insurance Broking. |

Mrs Liza DAVIDSON
Liza has been with DAVELCORP since early 2004 and currently heads
our Retail Business Unit, our specialist small business
unit. She is also responsible for maintaining our CSR (Commercial
Special Risks) Division catering for harder to place small business
Insurance covers. In this role, Liza has developed rapport with a
number of key underwriters thus continuing to provide our CSR client’s
with reliable and quality service. Liza’s studies include completion
of Certificate 3 in Financial Services and ASIC Tier 1 compliance. |

Mr Ron HEDGES
Ron brings a wealth of skill and experience to the company, joining
us in 2005. Now Business Unit leader of Davelcorp’s
Corporate Division, Ron has worked for both International
& Australian brokers and underwriters, both here and in the UK
and has been involved in all facets of Insurance Broking. His career
has spanned over 30 years experience, in that time servicing corporate
accounts of varying sizes including a number of Australian household
names. Ron’s qualifications include Diploma of Financial Services
(Broking) and titles include AAII (Associated of Australian Insurance
Institute) and QPIB (Qualified Practising Insurance Broker). |

Mrs Leisa HUMBLEY
Leisa has been with the firm for 8 years and has studied her way to
Certificate 4 (Financial Services) completion. She is currently studying
for her Diploma (Ins Broking) through NIBA. Her experience spans from
Small Business Broking to more recently, heading up our Profin Business
Unit. She has recently returned from maternity leave on a part time
basis, to assist in Administrative areas with internal
procedures, compliance issues & reports, sales & marketing
and IT. |

Mrs Sarah SKINNER
Sarah is the newest member of our team. She comes to us with extensive
experience in the industry having started her Insurance Career in
1998 with Claims and Underwriting. Sarah has spent the last 6 years
in Broking as an Internal Account Executive. Demonstrating personal
strengths in areas such as customer service, self-motivation and
initiative, we gladly welcome Sarah into our Corporate Division
of Davelcorp as an Internal Account Executive. Sarah has
completed Certificate 3 in Financial Services (Insurance Broking)
and obtained Tier 1 compliance for Insurance Broking. |

Mrs Candy WOODS
Candy is our longest serving staff member, having joined us in 1996.
Whilst acting as Business Unit Leader of our SME Division,
Candy still holds the position of company Claims Manager.
Her skill in handling and negotiating claims on behalf of all our
clients has been one of our most successful strengths and she has
been servicing the needs of our commercial clients for almost 10 years
with continual professionalism and efficiency. Candy currently holds
the Certificate 4 in Financial Services (with ASIC approved Tier 1
Compliance). |
